Smart Supply Hub (“we”, “us”) is based in Victoria, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through smartsupplyhub.com, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What we collect
Template downloads: your name and email address, so we can send your download link, plus technical details (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention. We keep a record of which templates were downloaded.
Accounts: your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed — we never see it), your country and state/region, and — only if you choose to share them — an age range and gender. We also record when you accepted our Terms and this policy.
Contributed content: if you are invited to write for the Site, we store your submissions and display your name as the author.
Contact: messages you send us via forms or email.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver downloads, operate member accounts and the member dashboard, show you your download history, moderate contributed content, keep the Site secure, understand our audience in aggregate (for example, which regions and roles use our resources), and — where you have consented — send occasional emails about new resources. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the Site — our web hosting provider and email delivery services — and where required by law. These providers may process data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the Site to function (such as keeping you logged in and remembering a download request) and caching/performance cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break login and downloads.
Retention
We keep account information while your account is active, and download records for our legitimate business analysis. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or complain about our handling of your data by emailing info@smartsupplyhub.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
